Professor Robert Bor

Professor Robert Bor is a Director of DCC. He is a Chartered Clinical, Counselling and Health Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. He is also a Fellow of the British Psychological Society and Member of the American Psychological Association and South African Health Professions Council. He has more than 25 years experience consulting in clinical and organisational settings in the UK and in more than 20 countries abroad. He is UKCP Registered Family and Couples Therapist having specialised in Systemic Therapy at the Tavistock Clinic London. More


Dr Fran Smith

Dr Fran Smith is a Counselling Psychologist and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and the British Psychological Society. Fran has worked in a variety of NHS and private settings in both clinical and teaching capacities. She has worked with individuals (adults, older adults, adolescents and children), couples, and families and has facilitated group work. In the NHS Fran has worked in GP practices, Community Mental Health teams, Mental Health Resource Centres as well as in specific health related settings. She also has experience of working within the charity sector, for organisations such as ‘ReThink’ and ‘Samaritans’, and in a specialist school. More


Dr Sara Chaudry

Dr Sara Chaudry is a chartered counselling psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and the British Psychological Society.

Sara has a broad range of clinical experience derived from working in various contexts including the NHS, private practice, schools and charitable organisations. She has gained a wealth of experience from working with diverse client groups. Her experience includes working with adults, couples, children, adolescents and families.More


Dr Esther Cavett

Dr Esther Cavett’s coaching training is principally with the Centre for Coaching and she is a full member of the Association of Coaching, which requires specific coaching training and experience and continuous professional development. Her coaching style is informed by her prior record of attainment in two very different types of work, giving her a broad perspective. More
