Gaby is a counselling psychologist with over twenty years experience in utilising psychological therapy with individuals, couples, groups and families. Gaby employs an integrative approach, specialising in Cognitive-Behavioural and Systemic Therapies. She has worked in a wide range of settings, with many different client groups covering the full range of presenting issues. She is also a supervisor of trainee therapists and psychologists. Gaby is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Gaby's experience includes working within the public, private and voluntary sectors as well as her own private clinical practice. Although now based on the South Coast, she has worked in a variety of settings all over London. She has extensive experience working within NHS settings such as GP surgeries and health centres, delivering brief, solution-based and family therapies. Gaby is used to working intensively and in a focal, solution-oriented way. She applies her training and knowledge to many differing situations, needs and objectives.


Gaby has delivered team-building workshops, assertiveness training, depression and anxiety workshops and symptom management courses to clients, GPs and other health care professionals, as well as running workshops on issues such as redundancy and unemployment. She delivers training in helping individuals and groups with their interviewing and marketing skills, as well as helping women offenders on probation in rehabilitation workshops. Gaby is a trained psychometric testing officer.


Gaby has been a research fellow, co-published articles and produced the course material for a major NHS Trusts's course in all aspects of mental health issues. She has also conducted extensive research into many areas of health psychology and the psychological impact of illness.
