Fiona Paton
Fiona has been based in Bali, Indonesia for the past seven years and as a result has a good understanding of the South-East Asian context. She currently works for International SOS, consulting in their Bali clinic and on-site for one of their major international client companies in an extreme and remote area of Papua. There she sees individuals, couples and families, facilitates group process for diverse audiences, as well as working cross-culturally with Indonesian psychologists at an organizational level. She contributes to the International School curriculum and works therapeutically with children and adolescents living on-site. She is developing an initiative to begin EQ testing in Indonesian and to facilitate training across the diverse workforce of the client company. In addition, Fiona runs a private practice in Bali and consults as part of a multi-disciplinary team of experts at a five-star wellness retreat providing holistic health care. She is also a facilitator for a leading international organizational learning and development company which provides team-building and leadership development programmes. She is an experienced educator of adults and has lectured and taught in several British universities, She has significant experience developing, coaching and mentoring others through counselling therapy clients, tutoring students and supervising trainee psychologists as well as facilitating personal development workshops and groups. |
